Use of the Site

del2eat is provided for personal, non-commercial use to search for and learn about restaurants. You agree not to scrape, republish, or resell the Site's content in bulk, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Accuracy of information

Restaurant information, including hours, addresses, ratings, and review counts, is sourced from public listings and, where applicable, submitted directly by restaurant owners. We work to keep this accurate but cannot guarantee it. Always confirm hours and availability directly with a restaurant before visiting, especially around holidays.

Third-party ratings

Ratings and review counts displayed on the Site (including those labeled Google, Yelp, or Facebook) originate from those respective third-party platforms. del2eat does not create, edit, or verify individual reviews, and is not responsible for their content or accuracy.

Restaurant listings

Restaurant owners who purchase a listing agree to provide accurate information about their business. del2eat reserves the right to remove or edit a listing that is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms. Listing fees are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

No paid placement

Search result ordering on del2eat is based on distance, rating, or review count as selected by the user. No restaurant can pay for improved placement in search results.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information will be accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberGuardX, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on restaurant information listed here.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
