This Privacy Policy explains how CyberGuardX, LLC ("del2eat," "we," "us") handles information when you use del2eat.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

del2eat does not require an account to search or browse. We do not use tracking cookies or ad pixels. The information involved in using the Site is limited to:

• Zip codes you search. When you enter a zip code, it is sent to a third-party postal lookup service (Zippopotam) to resolve an approximate latitude and longitude, which is used locally in your browser to sort restaurants by distance. We do not store the zip codes you search on our servers.
• Your device location, if you choose to share it. If you tap the locate button, your browser asks permission to share your device's location. If you allow it, your coordinates are sent to a third-party reverse-geocoding service (BigDataCloud) to resolve an approximate city and zip code. We do not store this location on our servers, and it is never requested without your browser's explicit permission prompt.
• Emails you send us. If you email hello@del2eat.com, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and for our business records.
• Standard web server logs. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as is standard for any website.

Information about restaurants

del2eat displays publicly available information about restaurants, including ratings and review counts sourced from public listings such as Google Business Profiles. This is business information, not personal information about you.

Advertising

del2eat displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party cookie-based personalization generally at aboutads.info.

Third-party services

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, uses Zippopotam for zip code lookups, uses BigDataCloud for optional device-location lookups, and displays ads through Google AdSense. These third parties may process technical information (such as your IP address) as part of delivering their service, subject to their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to operate and improve del2eat, respond to inquiries, and communicate with restaurant owners who list with us. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain email correspondence as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes. We do not retain zip code searches.

Children's privacy

del2eat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
